How Can Juvéderm Vollure™ XC Help Me?
The team here at Laser Gentle Medical Spa is passionate about helping people
feel beautiful. We understand self-esteem and confidence can significantly
improve a person’s life. Both can be boosted significantly after
even a simple procedure like Juvéderm Vollure™ XC is performed.
While every patient can experience different results, Juvéderm
Vollure™ XC is designed to provide temporary volume to facial wrinkles
and folds, such as nasolabial folds, in adults over the age of 21.
What Makes Juvéderm Vollure™ XC Different from Other Dermal Fillers
Juvéderm Vollure™ XC restores a smoother, more youthful appearance
to a person’s face. Unlike Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC, Juvéderm
Vollure™ XC adds a subtle, softer volume to the skin. This Juvéderm®
product has been specifically designed to fill in the nasolabial folds
and give people a softer, more natural look.* It is also the first and
only hyaluronic acid (HC) dermal filler that has been FDA-approved to
last up to 18 months with optimal treatment.
Effectiveness of Juvéderm Vollure™ XC
This product lasts a significantly longer amount of time than other dermal
fillers. It can last up to a year or more without needing another injection.
After a year, however, you may need to get another treatment. Patient
satisfaction is also high. In one clinical trial, 82% of patients said
they were satisfied at 6 months and 68% at 18 months.
Similar to other dermal filler treatments, a patient could experience temporary
responses at the treatment site, such as swelling, bruising, tenderness,
lumps/ bumps, redness, pain, itching, and discoloration. Most of these
resolve within 30 days, however.
